"Being a member does come with its perks. We were welcomed with open arms, our check in host was accommodating and helpful. The 2nd time we checked in was ok but I wouldn’t let one person ruin the mood as this hotel does give you the welcoming vibe that other hotels lack. "
"This hotel was the only one during our trip across Switzerland that had proper air-conditioning, which made our sleep during an active heatwave bearable. We were also given an extra fan that increased our comfort.
Amenities were great. We loved the jacuzzi tub, though at times it was a bit wonky.
Breakfast was also great. We enjoyed the wide selection of food and the quality was up to standard.
The hotel was conveniently located next to a tram station that made exploring very easy. There were also a lot of restaurant options within walking distance.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was a bit unstable. Overall, we enjoyed our staying."
