A modest and quiet location, a bit dated, but still a nice facility. Don’t expect anything more than coffee for breakfast, and then only in the lobby. The hotel has great history. Quaint place with great breakfast. If you stay there, try to avoid one of the rooms in the main house. I stayed in the sterling room and it was very noisy. California Building
We asked for a blanket for the pull out couch around 10pm and within 15 minutes we received it. Apartment is spacious and beautiful. Check in process and communication was great.

Memoir Warehouse District
Memoir is a strange blend of residential property and hotel. Its association with the Common House adjoining is not very clear, although this is a great asset to the property (note that common house closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so if you’re staying on a Sunday night this is no use to you). Spacious Modern Condos near French Quarter
I don’t usually leave review but i enjoyed my time there . I was only disappointed with the smell of the lobby and elevators. The condo was great and everything inside was great.
