"Breakfast was okay- eggs powdery; yogurt tasted gritty, like it had been previously frozen. But the location, parking ease, and the staff were very nice. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. "

"If I could give this a no start I would. The first room they gave wasn't even cleaned fully, but the second room was worse. One of the beds were broken, there was no hot water! And there was and awful smell. The rooms are old and need more then a half assed paint job. Front desk did nothing after switching us the first time. Thankfully my son got us a different hotel the next day. Was not offered a refund or apology."

"I always stay here when I come to Columbus. After having horrible experiences at other hotels this location is the by far the only hotel I would stay at in Columbus. "

"I would not stay here again even if the room was free! There was no breakfast, dining area or kitchen. The rooms were dirty. There were lots of foul odors throughout the entire hotel. The several outlets not working. Bathroom fan did not work. The shower handle was improperly installed and caused water to shut off as you increase the temperature. The water pressure also decreases as you increase temperature. The staff did not want to help. There were no towels in the room. Has to call a number to get desk staff to come down from their room. There were full time residents that made the stay much less appealing and more appalling. "
