"This was the worst hotel I ever had in my entire lifetime. When arriving at the hotel we thought it was the wrong place, looked like a rebuilt workshop. They have totally 3 rooms with one toilet and one shower separate outside rooms. All 3 rooms have a very low standard, simple and uncomfortable. My reservation includes continental breakfast but the only thing that was available was coffee, juice, bred and Jams. I can’t understand why this hotel is available and allowed on Hotel.com homepage. "Our first time staying at a Brit Hotel. The staff, even the ones that did not speak English were extremely friendly and helpful. A special commendation to Elise who went above and beyond to help us. Room and food very good for the price. Great value for money. We will definitely stay again if we need accommodation in the area."

Expedia por su parte asegura que el hotel sí facturó y por parte del hotel ni ha habido respuesta. Así que pagué doble y mintieron."
