St. Croix Scenic Byway hotel rooms a the GrandStay

"The front desk attendant was not there when I arrived … I waited about 10 mins before someone was there… was frustrating .. she finally arrived & said “I was putting a pizza in” 😣 The room was clean but had a funky smell ( not fresh). The hotel is located near a highway … heard highway noise all night & at 4:30 AM the garbage truck came & emptied the dumpster … very loud! The room was a “value” price … I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay again. "

"The staff was very welcoming at check in and throughout our stay. Excellent food at breakfast and we enjoyed our time at the kickback. "

"Breakfast was standard. Parking was vallet only for a fee. Parking on the street was free but not safe or recommended. Staff was so friendly!! Clean comfortable rooms, quiet. "
