"I was really pleasantly supervised by this place. The room was pleasant and the town/village was interesting. The food coming out of the kitchen was superb. Great pub grub in the evening, and fantastic breakfast in the morning. The only reason I didn't give the place 5 stars was the service on check in, in the diner and on check out, which was a little flat. Other than that I recommend that you check out this little gem of a place if passing. Great value."

"Interesting property. I stayed in one of the wings of the main house on the 1st floor. The room was fine (the artwork in the wings and bedrooms was very incongruent to the grandeur of the main house…), pillows were really thin, and they felt a bit dated but comfortable. The windows were really small. The main section of the house/public spaces were beautiful. One thing I found odd were the number of influencers there making content, perhaps for the new spa?"

"Incredible hotel. Great price for what you get. The room was beautiful (we had a double courtyard), afternoon tea was amazing, breakfast was incredible and the castle is stunning. One of the highlights of our whole trip!!"

"VIEW OF THE CASTLE ACROSS THE STREET IS MAGNIFICENT! Can also have a drink in the Castle View bar to enjoy the scenery. We had a great breakfast which included a hot made-to-order menu as well as help-yourself continental breakfast options. BUT, check-in was poor because hotel claimed they did not have our Expedia reservation, even though Expedia said that the hotel confirmed my reservation the day I made it - which was months ago. While the hotel was sold out, we got lucky because they had one cancellation. Trim Castle Hotel claimed it was just a “glitch in the system.” Also, no temperature control/AC in room and no handheld nozzle in the shower. No fridge either, but that’s common in Irish hotels, Good king bed and ample towels."

"I had a three day delightful. Stay with Anne and her family. Anne cooked an amazing Irish breakfast and was lovely and helpful. I stayed in a small unit outside of the main house and it was perfect for me. Complete with coffee and even exercise equipment! I would recommend this lovely B&B to anyone passing through the area."
