St Cloud hotel rooms a the Drury Inn & Suites

"I called the hotel at Noon on 4/3/2026 before booking for the night of 4/3/2026. I called to inquire about the hot tub and pool because my wife and I were having a night away and we wanted to stay at a hotel with a hot tub to relax. We were assured the hot tub was working properly. When we arrived at check in, we were informed the hot tub was not working. Also, breakfast was horrible. I will not be staying here again, and very disappointed that we stayed here. It ruined our weekend away."

"Excellent staff and room was very clean. Parking was Limited due to one corner of lot not draining and under some water. Another parking spot and adjacent area was full of cigarette butts"

"there is need to improve breakfast, need to add more to be called breakfast. There were no fruts. The AC was good."

"We had two rooms. Both had maintenance issues. One had a toilet that wouldn't fill with water and a TV remote that didn't function. The other had a shower that wouldn't get hot. Between the two rooms, we had one complete room. When I went to the front desk, I was informed that the hotel was booked and there were no other rooms available. I was also told that the woman could do nothing for me, no one was there that she could send to fix anything and no manager would be in for the next two days. So, I was urged to call and speak to someone later. "
