"The staff was friendly but for the 3 nights we stayed there we found ants in our bed. We didn’t have food in the room and we did let the front desk know. We changed bedding and requested housekeeping to spray while we were away for the day but there were still ants in our bed after that. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice."

"I really enjoyed the hotel, it had everything you needed! Close to many locations (especially wood field mall!) enjoyed the continental breakfast, room was clean and staff came in each day to tidy and replace linens as needed. They were able to honor a last minute necessary accommodation for a disabled family member which was amazing. Definitely will stay again in the future!"

"Got little to no sleep while staying here. There is no soundproofing from the rooms to the hallways. On the 8th floor you can hear conversations in the lobby as if they were in your room. Housekeeping goes knocking on doors starting at 7am. Can hear them knocking from the 8th if they are down on the 3rd knocking. Children running and screaming around the hallways and balconies all day long. Dozens of pizza boxes and Busch lite cans on the floor overflowing the lobby trash cans."

"The room stunk so bad I couldn’t sleep!!! It was an old musty carpet smell. I even tried to spray Lysol but it only helped for about 5 minutes. I told the gentleman at the front desk and all he had to say was sorry I will tell my manager. Do not stay at this hotel it was truly gross!!!"

"This was a great hotel to stay at while we went to our anime convention at the Rosemont convention center. Breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from to start our days. The room was clean and nothing was broken or anything besides some wear tear that's normal. We would definitely come back again"
