"As the first person to review this hotel on Yelp 2 years ago, I’m disappointed to return with a very different experience. I recently stayed here for one night while visiting for a concert and it was not a good stay. I’ll begin by saying I find valet to be very overpriced at $50 when there is no covered garage and they’re putting your car in a lot across the street from the hotel. However, the gentlemen that work the valet stand were pleasant and one of the better parts of the stay. Check in was mostly fine, but I wouldn’t say the attendant was friendly. With that said, that was the least of my worries. My husband and I noticed as soon as we got in the elevator that it was dirty and had just an overall unkempt appearance. When we got off the elevator, the issues continued. The wall on our floor was badly chipped and scuffed all over and just not acceptable. We noticed these same issues on the wall near our room and throughout the hall. When we entered our room everything appeared to be fine but then I pulled a chair out and noticed crumbs in it (there were more than what’s pictured, I’d started cleaning before I snapped the photo). Next, I went to use the bathroom and noticed brown liquid splatters on the wall and when I took a shower there were multiples pieces of hair on the wall. Finally, there was a large yellow stain on the bedding. In the end, this was just not a good experience and I’m so disappointed in whoever is managing this hotel. The restaurant was the highlight."
"The hotel was super clean and nice staff!
Their breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in my whole travels!
They served afternoon snack which was a light dinner and was great"
"Clean room, all staff very friendly especially to my kids, never made me feel like they were being to loud or anything of those sorts, the dinner and breakfast was great and the pool and room was very clean! We love drury hotels"
"This place was a surprise, I needed a place for one night due to my last minute flight change. They had a shuttle which runs every 20 min which was so convenient. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good. Friendly staff and shuttle drivers made the entire stay pleasant"
"Staff was very friendly when they checked in the room was very nice. The casino is very clean for restaurants were nice. We ate at the steakhouse and the beer house while we were there. Both were excellent recommend staying."
"I enjoyed the amenities; free breakfast with plenty of options, the happy hour with snacks and beverages, along with the hot tub and pool. The bed was comfortable, but the room decor was dated. The staff was very friendly as well as helpful. I also felt the room price was a good value"
