Rock hard pillows, uncomfortable poor mattress for sons separate bed for ages up to 17, he is 16, yellow staining around shower rim, filthy shower waste. Breakfast had to wait ages for service, then had to keep prompting staff for follow up service, staff appeared subdued, tired, layhargic, we waited ...
