"Breakfast was money well spent.
Unfortunately, booking my evening meal was impossible, tried booking a reservation but my only options were up to 18:30 or after 21:45.
Being a hotel resident didn't guarantee me a table, because it's not exclusive."
"Very well located, ideal for visiting Charlestown, Heligan, Eden Project, Fowey, Mevagissey & many more all within a short drive. Lots of information on places to visit.
Tracy very welcoming, very nice well appointed B&B , tea & coffee in room, Lindt chocolate on the bedside table and fan on a stand cooling the room was most welcome.
Breakfast was excellent.
Allocated parking space.
A very enjoyable stay.
Need to be very careful pulling out onto the busy road."
"We found this hotel excellent. It’s recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Wr had a deluxe room which was clean and the bed very comfortable, unlike every other hotel bed I’ve slept in. I slept soundly from the every first night. The hotel is well situated for daily excursions in the local area and further afield and the hotel staff were always on hand with useful suggestions of where to go and what to see, if needed. I would certainly recommend staying at Kingswood. We will book to stay there the next time we are in Cornwall."
"Fantastic stay. Sam and Roy are the perfect hosts. Our room was great. The food was great both breakfast and evening meals. The hotel is situated facing the sea with the most wonderful views. It was our second stay and we will be back. Just perfect."
"Everything about our stay was amazing! The B&B was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Nikki was a fantastic host who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Merlin, the very well-mannered dog, who was an absolute delight! If you’re looking for a place with a genuine personal touch, this is definitely the place to come. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
Thank you Nikki 😊"
"Beautiful old world building with lovely rooms, bar the bathroom being upstairs.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food was good especially the breakfast.
Very disappointed that they had a special curry and pint offer where you couldn't have and alternative drink and when we ordered the curry anyway we were charged £20 without the beer wheras it was £15 with the beer!"
