"The hotel is a little run down. Walls with peeling paint, tile floors that are disgusting. The bathroom has the worst sink set up I have ever seen. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with the exception of one bearded man at the tiki bar who was extremely rude and berating because I didn’t ask him how he was doing. "

"Parking was easy and secure - only one car per room, but there is parking on the side road. Breakfast was simple, but nice and included in room price. The view is AMAZING - and it is located at foot of the Bridge of Lions, so very convenient to walk into town and not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend. Rooms are a bit older, true Old Florida, but very clean and has nice amenities. "

"The pictures are deceiving and nothing like what the actual place looks like. The rooms are dirty, run down and uncomfortable. There is mold and rust. Hair in the bed that was not ours. Only good thing was the location, which is probably why nothing gets done to make it better. So disappointed. My husband never complains and he noticed and was upset about the condition of the place."

"Expectations exceeded! Highly recommend the Conch House. Cool place with a Marina. The lounge and restaurant were excellent as well. Newly renovated pool was 🔥 Best “motel” experience ever! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure! "
