The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were ok, sausage was inedible. The potatoes were cold. The staff was outstanding. Rooms were very clean and nice size. I would return in back if back in the area. Disappointed in the daily parking fee of $25.

Enjoyed our little stay here. It was just one night but it was very clean and comfortable. The lobby smelled really upon arrival. It was an easy drive to the historic district. I went in not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.

One of the nicest hotels in St. Augustine- beautiful, recently renovated room- the hotel is within a quick walk of downtown St. Augustine and the staff is lovely- would definitely stay again.

Clean and modern, staff all very friendly and helpful. Trolley and Fountain of Youth right across the street and if you’re a walker/active it’s an easy walk (about a mile) to St. George street and the Castillo. Very quiet and comfy beds, we would definitely stay here again.

The indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. The attentiveness of the staff was awesome. The rooms were clean. The only downside is the on-site parking. It was $50/night. We found parking a couple of blocks away.

Clean Hotel!

Alana (front desk) was AWESOME. My husband and I had just left Country Inn after a terrible experience, and she made checking in a breeze. She was friendly, empathetic, and efficient. Hilton Garden is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms, and has a nice breakfast.

Nice, clean relatively new property. Inconsistent bar and restaurant hours. Breakfast fee was OUTRAGEOUS for mediocre breakfast. Mornig lobby coffee disappears at 10:00 a tad early for a tourist destination.

When we arrived we were put into a room with a chlorine machine cleaning the room. It burned my sinuses and affected my breathing. We were given a new room but no other compensation even after talking to management.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel, my only complaint was the $15.00 a day parking. People pay a lot of money on their hotel rooms, food and attractions while on vacation and charging them additional money to park their car seems like a money grab especially since it’s self park. Most people traveling mid week are older and on a fixed income the parking fee is excessive.

I was only there one night and at 11 pm the fire alarm started ringing,the firefighters came and it wasn't resolved until almost 1 am .There was no one at front desk and they didn't answer the phone.On the other hand,my room had parts of the bed falling off with the vibration.In the morning I asked for a discount and they told me no ,and I couldn't speak to the manager either because he was busy.
