Michelle was amazing 😍 got in late from ten hour trip and she did everything she could to make sure was was taken care of we stayed 12 left on 14th and rooms were very nice bed was very nice everything was really clean we really enjoyed our stay when we have to come back definitely will be staying here and try to get the same room if possible it was perfect 😂

The staff were very nice. There was no restaurant although they did advertise one. The toilet was very wobbly. We reported it and were told they would put it on the list but they couldn't fix it now because the room would have to be closed for 5 days. The shower was VERY hard to turn on. My wife couldn't turn it on and I thought I was going to end up ripping it out of the wall. The tub stopper would not work. It stayed closed when the shower was running so the tub was filling with water when we didn't want it to. Very disappointed.

We checked in and got our room and all went well. We joked about a deposit and was told we would get charged if anything happened. Got to the room and noticed damge to the bathroom door. We took pictures and reported it to the front desk. They immediately noted it and took our pictures as well to show proof to management. Very pleased how they handled the situation
