"We came with a group of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for their vacation to Mall of America. We did have a smoke detector go off in one of the rooms at 2:30am, we did not have hot water in one of our rooms' bathroom, and no A/C in another room, but the one available handicap-accessible room we were able to snag was wonderful! I do wish the hotel had a continental breakfast and an accessible shuttle to the Mall, but we went to a restaurant for breakfast at the Mall of America and transported ourselves just fine. The rooms were neat, tidy, and clean. We were able to get most of our rooms together, which was ideal for our vacation with our individuals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The positive experiences here outweighed the negative. We definitely would come again."
