"Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were extremely clean and modern. The hotel has a different concept, but very practical. They were always available to help, and most importantly, the air conditioning worked properly — very different from other hotels we stayed at during this trip in Europe. It was truly the best night of sleep we had. The only downside was the room service; there were few options on the menu, and everything we ordered was not tasty, and the soup arrived cold, as if it had just been microwaved. After that, we decided not to order anything else. But overall, it was a great experience."
