Wonderful staff, easy to find along the waterfront, great room with a balcony overlooking the water, and a delicious breakfast. And the restaurant downstairs is a great spot for dinner - local seafood, interesting and quirky wine selection, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view in a 200 year old inn. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Nice breakfast and bar. Definitely recommend.

I could not recommend the Treadwell more enthusiastically! We were warmly greeted by Steve, who took great care of us our whole stay, and is a wonderful asset to the Inn. The room was beautiful and all the small details really added to the experience. The soap in the shower smelled delicious, the linens smelled like lavender, and the mattress was so comfortable. The room service - which came from the restaurant downstairs - was incredible. We also loved the chocolate croissants and yogurt at breakfast (and the Honeybeans recommendation). I will be thinking about the Salty Maritimer until next time we’re in town. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much Treadwell folks for a relaxing getaway!

It was our first visit it to St. Andrews and I'm so happy we stayed at the Treadwell Inn. The room was lovely, the view from the deck was fantastic, the food is excellent and the entire staff was so helpful. We will be back!

Treadwell Inn is in a perfect location we were able to walk to a wide assortment of restaurants and our whale watching tour was a 5 minute walk away too. Just a ten minute drive to a beautiful golf course. Just perfect!

The rooms felt the history of the house and very elegant without being over the top. Walking distance to most things we wanted to see. The breakfasts were such a treat. Kim, in the dinning room remembered my favourite tea. She had bought so I would have it at my next breakfast THAT'S customer service!

Quaint...Cindy very nice and welcoming...great location...comfortable accommodations. Didn't like that with a minimum of two-day stay required, both days we reserved their restaurant and wine bar, prominent in their advertising, was closed. Don't visit Monday and Tuesday and expect the full treatment at least not after Labor Day. Otherwise a great location with an awesome view.

We stayed at the Treadwell two nights last week. When we booked the reservation, I received a text shortly after from the owner to confirm when we would be arriving. She wanted to make sure she was there to welcome us. The property is very beautiful and the views from the balconies are breathtaking! The staff were very helpful with suggestions of places we should go while there. We also bought a few bottles of their great olive oil and balsamic vinegar which I look forward to using soon. These will bring back the great memories of this Inn.

Very nice room with lovely balcony facing the ocean. Building is old so the hard to close doors, crooked floors etc were expected. Adequate complimentary breakfast, friendly staff. Narrow stairs accessing 2nd & 3rd floors can make manoeuvring large suitcases a challenge.
