"Lovely building and helpful waiting/reception staff.
However, dreadful service from the management:
- there was a very loud water pump which kept us awake all night. The manager claims that we are the first to have ever mentioned it although the receptionist understood immediately what we were referring to. Take the risk if you want...
- tea/coffee making was promised but not provided. Apparently you call down for this but not mentioned at the time
- no water provided in room despite...
