Nothing worse than taking a hot steamy shower in a bathroom that smells like rank, three week old, urine; and then crawling into a bed where the sheets were all riddled with stains. With improvements, this facility has great potential- the location can’t be beat."

"No check-in information was given. Had to call them and it was clear they hadn't send anything as they got the booking website wrong. The room wasn't cleaned. Dirty towels. Internet disabled. Old dirty linens on the bed (color had washed off, holes, frays). Booked for 4 and only linens for 3. We mentioned the issues and were given access to another apartment a mile away. Had to figure out our own transportation. This apartment was in order. We also weren't the only ones, we recognized another...

Finally, managed to contact them and were given details of a different flat at a different address with lower quality and cheaper price overall (after checking in Hotels.com for the average price).
