"This will be good in few years. Right now it's still lacking alot. There is constant construction , it's supposed to be utopia but there is floor making , huge trucks lugging dirt and most annoyingly there is a weird noise form the electric system in the yard . It isike an ancient Chinese torture every 45 sec or so you hear a 5 sec buzzing from the electric system. The staff is trying hard and 50 percent are very nice but the rest are just constantly confused."

"The studio confirmed in my booking which had to be in Menada Kavaci (Complex Green Life) unexpectedly was changed by phone with a studio situated in Menada South Pearl. ...very different from the confirmation, it was absolutely not worth even the half of the high price paid! "This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach."

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...
