"The hotel is ideally placed in Central Oslo. It is visible from the exit of Central Station and is just next to the bus and tram routes. The Reception was open after midnight when I got in after a delayed flight. The free coffee was very welcome. The room was nicely presented and the fixtures and fittings were all brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. I would definitely stay at the property again."

"The room was European size. Two single beds that were very comfy. No problem sleeping as the hotel is very quiet. Coffee & tea in the lobby all day. The big plus is the breakfast (included). The best I have seen in my years of travel. As I heard one person say “it’s a feast”. Obviously this hotel knows what tourists need to get their day started. Lots of choice including great coffee and protein choices."

"Very trendy style but don’t quite the place for us. Bed was super comfy but room was very small (standard room, so not even the smaller room). One side of the bed was against the wall which we really hate, feels cramped and it’s inconvenient. No tea/coffee in room. Also no housekeeping, not clear in advance of booking and detracts from the ‘hotel’ experience. We arrived at 10.45 pm and nothing was available. Bar closed and no mini bar. Staff were very good and breakfast food was excellent, although seating options a bit quirky/cramped. Overall an interesting concept for a boutique hotel but probably more suited to younger travellers. "

"Oslo doesn't have the vibrant downtown that other Scandinavian capitols do, but that shouldn't detract from your experience. That said, the hotel is perfectly located, especially if you are in need of ocean access, which with Museum Island and Fjord cruises is a definite must. Also, plenty of dining options abound, and cool places like the Viking Planet are within a stone's throw. The single laundry machine isn't exactly helpful, and can get log-jammed quickly with patrons. That is my only complaint really. Here you get what you pay for, and at a decent cost."
