"Couple of things to notice that the free breakfast is only worth $16 in the menu and the lounge staff left 1 days early without notice hence it was closed and my plan around that went the drain. Since it’s a small town there are no options post 10pm for drinks."

"I had booked 2 rooms for 5 days. No bedding was changed or towels in the 5 days being there. My shower did not work and toilet wouldn't flush. My fridge was so dirty I couldn't put any food in it. On top of that they did not remove my garbage. There was no cable which is ok but there was suppose to be internet which only worked for one night. It was suppose to be smoke free building when all you can smell was cigarettes and weed. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone."

The outside of the building is kept clean, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and fairly decent sized, the bed was absolutely magical after a long drive. So comfortable. We will definitely being staying there again the next time we go to Pincher Creek. "
