One room was on the first floor and one on the fourth floor. I booked a family vacation and of every place we went you were the only business to separate us. I wanted to enjoy my family and your establishment ruined our stay. I'm 64 and don't have the ability to move between floors like an young person. I was very disappointed. "

"We loved our stay! Super clean, updated and wonderful amenities. Staff were very helpful when our car starter died while waiting for valet. We travelled with our small dog, and was easy to have him with us. The gym was nice, as was the rooftop bar (the staff were so energetic and fun). We walked around the neighborhood and went to cute shops and good restaurants. Super convenient to lots of Springfield's offerings. "
