"The room was clean and spacious. We were in a first floor accessible room so it was easy to go in and out with our two small dogs. It was very quiet. Staff was friendly and there was ample green space to walk the dogs. We enjoyed the small town and it's environs."

"Wonderful staff, the Hotel, Room, Bed & Mattress were great. The staff, aside from breakfast, were great. Our only complaint was while breakfast was "free", it was a smaller selection than most have. I was expecting more variety based on the rest of the Hotel. Add on some of the selections were empty, we had to sit at a dirty table and the person taking care of the area was sitting in an office on their Cell phone. We will definitely stay there again, writing off breakfast as just an "off day"."

"I didn’t like that there was no handicap accessibility. No elevator. Walked into the room with unclean sheets however the staff was kind and quick on your feet to replace the sheets. But overall, I didn’t fully enjoy my stay due to the first two reasons."

"We really just needed a place to sleep for the night, the trip was riding the Little Miami trail. The room was very clean, easy access to uptown Yellow Springs. Ellie's restaurant was perfect for breakfast. The Gulch was the funnest bar"

"Overall, the property seemed clean and maintenance was pretty good. However, the bathroom was not well maintained, and the shower curtain had a lot of stains as did the window curtains. The toilet was of a size for an elementary school and the "couch" or sofa was also low to the ground and not very comfortable. The bed was so high I could barely get into it. Also, the bed base was metal so if you bumped it with your foot it made a very loud noise, and it was noisy with movement in the bed. There really wasn't a comfortable seat in the entire room. The blow dryer didn't work, but the staff promptly brought another one. We couldn't seem to get 2 keys that worked. No body wash for the shower, just shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. I did not try the breakfast. The location was convenient, but very noisy from the freeway. The price was outrageous for this level of hotel. Not a brand I will choose again if I can help it."

"Good breakfast. Check-in was okay, young lady behind desk was unsmiling, but took care of business. Great room, good breakfast. Would use again. "
