"Had no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I went to go get some from the front desk I had to wait forever before anyone came to the desk. The shower had water and soap left in the soap dish. The room was a nice room we have stayed here before and enjoyed it. We understand things happen people are human and they make mistakes we will be back"
