"Nice cold air conditioning! But that was about the only positive. It worked for a night’s rest but wouldn’t stay more than 1 night"

"Well, when we first got there, we showed up an hour and a half after check-in and they did not have a room ready for us told us just to hang out in the hotel lobby, which made us late for our event when they finally found us a room they gave us the key and we went up to the room and opened the door and there were two people in there, having sex, screaming at us for opening the door we went downstairs. They told us they didn’t understand who was in the room or what had happened we stood around again. They offered to upgrade to the concierge level, but I had already paid for that. The hotel was extremely noisy and then I got a mystery charge on my bank account for $90 for no damn reason after I checked out no nothing and the trip had already been prepaid four months ago so will be contacting them immediately. Just ridiculous."

"Staff had great customer service. The previous shift was supposed to have are room on the first floor but their was some miscommunications so when we checked in it wasn’t available. They made this right and put us in a suite and gave us some snacks and drinks for the mix up. They did this on their own initiative. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a great experience."
