"Upon arrival I was given a lecture from staff as to why I shouldn’t book through a third party website. The staff member told me I wouldn’t be able to check in and would have to call Expedia to check in, however she let me check in anyways. Only other thing there was no mini bar and everything closes by 9:50pm, plus room service wasn’t available at all during our stay which I found pretty poor for a resort. Overall I will be going elsewhere on our next stay."
