"It was super clean"

"Property feels and looks dated. Rotting wood trim on building, stained furniture in room, surfaces need pait, with updated colors, not pale yellow, hallway carpet stained and worn, lobby furniture stained."

"The elevator was a death trap. There was a hand written sign asking that no more than 2 people ride st a time. It would drop randomly and somtimes not move at all. If we didnt have all our bags and have a room on the 5th floor we qould of totally avoided it. The pool was a green color. The place was outdated and gross. For the money they are charging please just stay next door in the hilton."

"clean room; front staff unaware of restaurant not answering room service call; no hot water hotel wide - not notified and staff stated were unaware of what maintenance was doing nor time line on repair; older facility needing updates; comfortable bed, AC effective"

"The property is beautiful giving a resort feel, the staff is attentive and very friendly. The spa is it’s on little heaven tucked away within another part of the property. I am already looking into my booking my next visit with them."

"Room was not what was expected. Pictures on website were misleading. The handicap shower was ok, but the water poured on to the tile floor making it very slippery. Staff was not knowledge on shuttle times"
