"Room was clean and well maintained. Some of the staff on reception could not speak or understand English very well. The bar was well stocked but the Indian man’s knowledge of the bar was very poor, he had to keep asking the other ladies what to do. The food menu was limited and the room temperature in the evening was to cold lots of guests went up to there rooms to put on extra clothes. Breakfast was ok the choice kept changing every day some days not for the better but it was ok.The laundry room was good to have but the machines only take coins while I was in there 3 people came to do washing but were up set that it didn’t take card payments. The Chinese guest were there usual rood selfs but some things will never change."

"Beautiful rooms"

"No lift and I was staying on the fourth floor. Had to lug heavy suitcases up all those stairs. The hotel is also on top of a hill from the railway station so had to do that as well. This info should be in the website or mentioned when you book. "
