"It was great for a small town motel!"

"We enjoyed the included breakfast - especially the waffles. The shower was interesting in its shape, but there were a few short dark hairs on the shower wall that didn't belong to any of us. It would've been nice to have a shower wand to wash them off. The TV was a little on the small side, but it was sufficient. As we had other daytime plans, we didn't spend much time in the room. There was a noisy group that were a bit in the way when we checked in, but they didn't spend much time in the common areas and otherwise weren't a problem. There is no pool, but there's a hot tub, which we didn't use. The hotel was located close to other amenities, which was convenient. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience."

"My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Baxter Manor. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and felt lucky to find a place so close to the venue. This was our first time staying at a bed-and-breakfast, and it set the bar high! We stayed in the charming rustic cabin in the backyard, which was cozy and full of character. We also got a peek at the bedrooms and bathroom inside the main house, and they were lovely too. Our host, Jim, was very personable and we enjoyed chatting with him and the other guests. He was incredibly accommodating and took the time to make every guest feel welcomed and comfortable. Since several couples were coming and going, he thoughtfully helped coordinate bathroom use so everything ran smoothly. In the morning, he made fresh cappuccino (my hubby really wanted to try one) and had orange juice ready for us. He also shared the history of the home and the surrounding area, which we loved learning about. The other guests were wonderful as well, which made the whole atmosphere friendly and relaxed. We'd happily come back anytime we're in the area. Highly recommend, especially for anyone visiting for an event nearby!"

"We were very happy with our stay at this property! The place was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Having two bedrooms was perfect for our family, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of clean towels available. The pool was really nice, and we especially enjoyed having showers right there in the pool area. It was also a great touch having a box of items available for the kids to play with in the pool. We were also very glad there was a playground and basketball court on the property, which gave our child plenty to do and enjoy during our downtime. The location was another big plus for us. It was conveniently close to Mount Pleasant, where we were attending an equestrian event, which made getting back and forth very easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the property. It was comfortable, spacious, family-friendly, and in a convenient location. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do."
