"The person working the front desk in the afternoon was super rude and this happened on 4/826 my wife ask him were can she get water and the first question was are you staying with us tell me what is your room number and you have to buy the water she was just asking were can she get it the person make my wife like she was going to still something from there or like we didn’t belong to be in the place, I did talk to some staff cleaning, and kitchen lady’s and super nice really helpful"

" We have stay at this property a couple of times with no problems. However not this stay. This time we got our room as we specifically asked the clerk at the front desk about getting a room close to the hot tub. So she did give us a room on the first floor close to the hot tub. Well we got into the room and that is the LOWEST bed I have ever sleep in. I told my husband it’s pretty sad when your couch is higher than the bed. Well we went down to the hot tub and we were the only ones there. My husband turn on the jets and I stepped in and told my husband if I say it’s luke warm that would be really hot. It was the coldest HOT tub I have ever been in. My husband went back to the room and I went to the front desk. I got there and mentioned it to the front desk clerk (that we checked in with) and told her about the cold hot tub and she said”it’s a work in progress” then I ask if all the beds are as low as the one in our room. She explained no it doesn’t have a box spring, the one that was there got ruined and they never replaced it and I don’t know why they keep renting it out” she did change us rooms. I just find it amazing that when we told her we want a room close to the hot tub she could have said the hot tub isn’t working and knowing the room did have a box spring she still put us in that room. Like I said previous stays have been fine but not this time and we have two more trips to Ft Collins CO for medical reason and rethinking our future stay at Courtyard by Marriott."

"It is a very nice place in a good neighborhood. It’s well equipped with the little kitchen, but the bed and the pillows especially, were uncomfortable which is something we haven’t found in quite a few years staying at similar properties like BW’s and lesser Marriotts. The chairs were uncomfortable, too. The long desk/counter was really nice but the bar of the office chair cuts into your legs. They only give you two of each towel etc and while that’s just adequate, it would have been nice to have just one set extra as I forgot my face washcloth and there was no makeup cloth and an extra towel for my hair would have been nice. The sound wasn’t bad but you could definitely hear banging from the upper floor and car doors closing even over a noisemaker."

"For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. In addition the hotel booked a gala in the lobby on the same night which was very noisy until 11pm when all the marathon runners needed an early nights sleep."

"Excellent everything, love the location. Very comfortable beds, unique style and decoration. Loved the paintings and music."
