"The people there are fantastic. I will just give you one example: I left my work iPad in the room, then realized it at the airport on our way back home. I called them, they said they found it, I sent them a FedEx envelope, and within a couple of days, I had my iPad back. Every time I called them, they were very courteous and understanding, especially Tamiah at the front desk"
