"Creepy place. Terrible dampness and actually felt a little dangerous "

"Breakfast was great. Many choices. Great coffee. They always had fresh water with orange or lemon slices in the lobby. Also coffee & tea in the lobby too."

"During the 3 night stay, no room service was provided, even though it was requested. No additional pillows were provided, even though they were asked for. A center coffee table in the lobby collapsed on top of my foot. The table leg had previously broken off and it had been precariously slopped back together with glue. The bathroom had black mold on the bottom. The smoke detector alarm chirped for 2 nights with no resolution, even though we requested it more than 3 times along our stay. While the staff was superficially pleasant, any request for support in light of escalating problems was ignored. This was by far one of my worst stays for me, my wife and my 93 year old mother. "

"Had to wait an extra hour to check in which was very inconvenient after traveling all day. The front desk seemed under staffed or just not there ever. "

"My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing from the start. Checking in turned out to be more of a hassle than expected, with delays and some confusion that made the process unnecessarily frustrating after a long day of travel. Once I finally got to my room, things didn’t improve much. The room itself was quite small, leaving very little space to move around comfortably or store luggage. It felt cramped and not at all what I had anticipated based on the listing. To make matters worse, the noise level was a constant issue. Guests in the room above were very loud, and the lack of soundproofing made it seem like every step and movement echoed directly into my room. It made it difficult to relax and nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to the rocky check-in, limited space, and ongoing noise disturbances. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences."

"Older hotel that has been renovated recently. Nice upgrades. Pool only. No hot tub. No onsite restaurant. Bed was very comfortable. "

"The hotel is dated but a wonderful group of people. Low brow. Beautiful beach access. Pool is nice & clean and perfect temp. Putting green is fun. Great coffee, ease to towels. Bathrooms & tv needs works, but new kitchens have been installed "
