"I booked Ataköşk Hotel through Expedia based on the beautiful photos and presentation shown online. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different from what was advertised. The sauna and Turkish bath were highlighted in the photos, but both were closed and unavailable. People make reservations based on these facilities, so this should be clearly mentioned instead of misleading guests. A hotel that calls itself a “5-star hotel” should understand the meaning of hospitality and customer service. During breakfast, I politely asked for tea, and the response I received was: “You get the tea yourself.” Maybe it sounds like a small thing, but this is not the kind of response or attitude guests should receive in a real 5-star hotel. The breakfast quality was also very disappointing. The su böreği was dry, the sausages were dry and cold, and overall everything looked neglected and low quality. Sadly, this hotel does not live up to the respected name of “Ata.” I left very disappointed. I am not writing this to offend anyone, but so other people do not experience the same disappointment. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this hotel."
