Very nice rooms but up 2 flights of stairs so would be a problem if accessibility is needed. Very close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants and the old town and marina are a short walk away. Parking is a block away in a city lot so it may take several minutes of circling to find a spot - 10 euros a day with the parking card provided.

Comfortable apartment a short walk from the centre

Sandra gave us a great welcome, showed us how everything in the room worked and then sent some helpful info re restaurants, beaches etc.

Fantastic place to stay. Sandra was absolutely amazing and helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to getting us things we needed. The room was clean and nicely furnished and the bed was comfy. This property is centrally located, and close to the old town, making everything very walkable. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Our host was very accommodating, lots of communication regarding arrival and check in. Our room was perfect for our needs, in a great location, short walking distance from the Riva, restaurants and bars but far enough away that it was quiet. Would highly recommend for staying in Split.

The location was fantastic! Only a couple of minutes walk into the beginning of Old Town Split. There are restaurants everywhere within a few minutes of walking. Parking is available on the street and/or next door for a parking fee. The room was very clean and modern with a nice street view. There is a small grocery store across the street as well. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again. I will note that the street is quiet for sleeping except for one weekend night where the talking from a local cafe/bar in Old Towne carried on late into the night along with foot and car traffic down our street.

Great place to stay in Split.

Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. Would stay again in this lovely apartment.

Perfect stay

Men and my girlfriend booked this place as something relatively cheap to use as base during the days when we had a lot of day-trips planned. We were both surprised about how Nice it was. We were met by the host Sandra who gave us plenty of tips of things to do and places to visit. The room was really clean, great AC, it was quiet, and really close to the city center of Split! Would recommend it to anyone!

Lovely accomodation, excellent recommendation for those looking for a nice place to stay in Split. Our host (Sandra) was really helpful and very nice to talk too. We got lots of recommendations for restaurants, trips and beaches and she even helped us out with a last minute taxi towards the airport. The location is absolutely prestige, you have a supermarket and bakery not even 2 min away from the building and within 5-10 minutes you are in the city centre of Split. Also the busses for most trips and in general are just around the corner. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we hope to comeback in the future.

They exceeded our expectations with the room's amenities - there were three of us ladies, and they had thoughtful items, like three shower caps/etc for us. The location was excellent. We checked in after hours, and it was seamless. Would highly recommend.

Dette hotellet er et fantastisk sted, med flott beliggenhet nært gamlebyen i Split, og med meget god standard. Eierne er veldig på tilbudssiden og lette å kommunisere med.
