Propreté décevant

Appartement bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville, donc pratique pour les déplacements. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par le manque de professionnalisme notable des gérants. D'emblée, nous avons patienté 1h sous le soleil chaud avant d'être reçus. Ensuite, on a été surpris de voir que notre arrivée n'a pas du tout été préparé. Elles ont fait les lits sous nos yeux. L'appartement était très poussièreux à notre arrivée, le bouilloir qui y était n'était pas vidé non plus. Heureusement que nous avons posé la question pour le programme de nettoyage et là aussi on a constaté que ce n'était pas dans leur plan. Ils l'ont quand même fait au troisième jour et là aussi, on a retrouvé les taches qui se trouvaient sur les meubles et que dans le salle de bain seul le sol a été nettoyé. Bref, propreté à revoir.

Très belle appartement et très bien situé.

Pour une première découverte de Split nous avons choisi cette formule en appartement et ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. L'appartement est situé à proximité immédiate du centre-ville. Tous les déplacements peuvent être fait à pied, vraiment pratique. Il faut néanmoins penser à appeler le propriétaire un peu avant votre arrivée car il n'habite pas sur place et cela prend quelques minutes.
