"What a great property and location. The bad news...loud construction RIGHT outside our room promptly at 7:00 a.m. and that construction will not be ending anytime soon. Booked a twin room and they charged $13.50 to separate the beds from the King configuration. Otherwise, clean, friendly staff, and fabulous breakfast buffet."

"Wonderful modern hotel. Panoramic vistas from bedrooms at top of the tower building. One of the best buffet breakfasts i have ever encountered. Exceptionally helpful and considerate staff. The floor around the small swimming pool within the spa was very slippery."

"We booked the honeymoon suite on the 4th floor. The suite was spacious, quiet and had a large balcony, which we really enjoyed. The hotel is about 600 metres from the sea, and we enjoyed evening walks to the nearby beaches. There are also grocery stores and pharmacies close by, which was very convenient. The only issues we had were that the bed was very hard and there was an odour from the shower drain, so we had to keep the windows and sliding door open all the time. Breakfast each day was good, with lots of options and the staff were polite and friendly. "

"Very clean room, staffs were very friendly and helpful with luggages, breakfast buffet bar was to live for!! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with few steps to the only sand beach and about 15 minutes walk to old town. Very convenient. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Amphora. Front desk agent Veljko Grcic was outstanding. He was kind, accommodating and gave us great recommendations on things to do in and around split. "

"I gave it 4 stars because I felt it was a bit overpriced for what we received. That said, overall we had a good experience. The spa was very nice and ended up being perfect for our first rainy day there. The breakfast was good — not exceptional, but it had all the basics like eggs, fruit, yogurt, and other standard options. Overall, I was happy with the stay, though I do think the pricing was a little high for the overall experience."

"The property is right in the middle of the Old town, so it is very convenient to all the places to see and eat. As is everything in Old Town Dubrovnik - there are stairs to contend with. I think her name was Nicolette who manages the property. She met us at the Taxi stand and helped us with our luggage. She was very helpful in telling us places to see and eat. We enjoyed our time there."
