"Everything was good except the pool it should be open everyday and even later time and there food should be a little more cheaper or have more to it for the price"

"The hotel is conveniently located if in Alexandria and has usual Kimpton amenities. Staff are a mix of really trying and could care less. Biggest issue was air conditioning in room was like having a truck engine nearby. Could not use because do noisy. When reported I noted the staff took it well, barely responded. "

"Our first room was lovely, but it was overlooking an indoor/outdoor bar (not affiliated with the hotel) that was playing loud music into the early morning hours. We called the front desk and they were very accommodating in moving us to a quieter room. Our second room was also great - very clean, nice bathroom with upgraded finishes. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Good temperature. My only complaint is that there is only valet parking - which felt highly priced given the location and our room cost. $29 overnight."
