"We had a very good experience at the Ft. Smith, AR, Home2 Suites. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the
pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix."

"I'm becoming a huge fan of Holiday Inn Express - I've stayed at three different ones in the last 2 months and they have all, including this one, been clean, comfortable and quiet. I've been most impressed with staff - from checking in to the breakfast provider to checking out - they all have all been welcoming and super friendly. Hard to find these days! I've already booked another stay for business next month!"
