"We stayed in one of the economy cabins. It was extremely nice. Everything was very thoughtfully designed and maintained. The only downside was our heads were right next to the highway and lots of Harley motorcycles and trucks came through. But after I started sleeping with ear plugs in everything was lovely. It's a beautiful environment and we had coffee in the morning sitting down by the lake with geese and seals. Very enjoyable."
"My kids and I stayed in Cabin 3 a few nights ago, and we had a great stay. It may not be the fanciest place, but it had everything we needed. Having several beds, a kitchen, and being just a short walk across the street from the water made it a wonderful spot for our family.
We especially enjoyed the deck and hot tub, and it was a bonus to be within walking distance of Alderbrook, where we had a delicious lunch.
One thing to be aware of is the early check-in policy. If you're planning to arrive before the scheduled check-in time, there is a $20-per-hour fee for each hour of early arrival. As long as you plan accordingly, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay."
"The lodge is as advertised. The property and views on the lake are absolutely stunning. There are board games and a fireplace in the main lodge, as well as coffee and wine for purchase. This is the best place to stay in the area."
