"We were very happy with the hotel and the staffs in the hotel until one old men appeared. This is family owned hotel, the old men is the father. He is very rude, when we ask question, he didn't listen and no patient to us at all. We had an argument with him in the morning after the breakfast. We didn't eat fruit after finishing the breakfast and just grab an apple to eat. We were walking out with eating the apple, he saw it and stopped us and said we had to eat the apple in the breakfast room, not take away. No hotel does this way at all!. It doesn't make sense at all. we need to rush out for our tour and eating while walking out can save us time, anything wrong??? Also my friend asked for a couple of napkin he said no......We told the son, he needs to send his father back to home for rest, not come to the hotel, he is damaging the business of the hotel. The son and other staffs are very nice, they upgraded one of our room to a large one, and gave us complimentary breakfast (probably same to everyone) and transfer down to the port of ferry. Thanks"

"The staff did a fantastic job. If you requested something in your room they were there to respond in 2-3 minutes.On arrival you get to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and sit out on one of their many patios overlooking the Gulf of Salerno. The room's were beautiful where a complimentary bottle of champagne await you . Breakfast was amazing-best hotel related breakfast we had ever experienced. Overall we rate this hotel excellent in all qualities!"

"The Villa was an amazing stay and experience. The room was comfortable, spacious, and cleaned SO well. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. Would absolutely stay here again. Of Note: the stairs ARE intense...but it's worth it. Stairs are everywhere on this coast, and the staff was more than willing to help with luggage. There are two dining options within a 5 minute walk, and more within a 10-15 minute walk along the road. The parking option is an experience with an outside company. They are easy to communicate with as they have to retrieve your car and you have to bring them back, so it's slightly awkward and inconvenient...so I'd go with the ferry, private transfer, or bus. We are just car people and wanted to experience driving the coast!"

Breakfast was delicious, and the seating on the terrace was lovely for breakfast or a drink later in the day. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of storage and a view of the sea. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast."

"Great location, high in the hills above Amalfi offering amazing views. The hotel was clean, well maintained, really helpful and friendly staff. The bedrooms were a good size, comfortable beds, well equipped bathroom, TV, tea and coffee. Handy shuttle bus to the town runs frequently throughout the day and can be booked online. Only criticism I can make is the breakfast was not very warm (no matter what time you arrived) the coffee machine was hopeless, getting it too work was very hit and miss, needed pods that you had to get from staff. Restaurant food not good value, menu choice was strange and quite limited, portions were small, my opinion was it was aspiring to be something it simply wasn't i.e. fine dining. But there are plenty of places to eat in Amalfi so wasn't an issue for us."

"Wow, what a hotel! This place was fantastic. We stayed for 6 nights, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The best place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Italy. The location - for the Amalfi coast - is excellent. The bus stop is right out front. You can also walk 3 minutes to another bus route, but walking from the hotel isn't for the faint-hearted. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The restaurant - and their staff - were also so welcoming and kind. The restaurant itself had a wide variety for breakfast, including fresh fruits, and had a great dinner as well. The pasta is handmade there, and was one of the best spots we ate at. They have a vegetable garden and lemon grove on-site that was interesting for our family to tour. And the view from the terrace was spectacular! I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be close to Amalfi proper (5-7 min drive). If you don't have a room with a jacuzzi, you can also book a jacuzzi time, that is the only thing they offered that we didn't try regretfully :( 10/10 on everything. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable!!"
