"The staff was excellent. It was our anniversary and. special get away. I wrote to the GM prior to make sure we had a room with a view, I was very disappointed it was not provided. I had to talk to the manager who accommodated us but it was not available for FOUR days. Also we did not know about a Very Nice CLUB at the beach for several Days."

"The hotel is really nice! We where going to another one in san Teodoro and decided to cancele because we were really glad in this one and wanted to stay more. Breakfast 7/10, there are mejorables, fruit was not cut and was dura and the re wasnt queso untable for toast. I sido y like coffee with machine milk and ask for real milk, the day after they brought milk for my coffee. Fueron muy muy atentos. Eso es lo que uno espera de un hotel 4 estrellas"

"The hotel is located a bit away from the main tourist areas, but since we rented a car, transportation wasn’t an issue for us. The rooms were clean, and the service was good. However, the hotel doesn’t provide irons for borrowing, so it’s a good idea to bring your own steamer. One small inconvenience was that guests have to hand their keys to reception every time they leave the hotel, due to past issues with lost keys. It wasn’t a major problem but worth noting. There are a few local restaurants nearby, though they’re a bit of a walk away—especially since the roads are hilly. Overall, the hotel staff were welcoming, and we had a pleasant stay."
