Many of the local restaurants and hotels had closed for the season but this hotel is a rare gem. There is a tennis court and a pool and plenty of hiking trails right from the property. "The complementary breakfast was quite good/above average for a European style breakfast. The coffee was excellent and barista made. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was very roomy. We found that the hot water was not hot and almost non-existent. The staff however were excellent and tried very hard to make us feel welcome."
