From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. The level of service really made the experience special. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very relaxing, with a wonderful atmosphere throughout. One of the highlights every morning was the continental breakfast, which was exceptional. There was a great variety of fresh pastries, fruit, cheeses, coffee, and local products — all beautifully presented and delicious. "Truly a once in a lifetime experience! We came all the way from the U.S. and loved every bit of our stay here. From the location to the staff, everything was excellent! You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. They clean your room daily, they are very respectful and treat you like royalty. Overall we hope to come back in the next few years with our kids!"

"Highly recommend and will be back. Beautiful grounds and plenty of parking on site. The pool was large and had nice area for sitting out and relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Located close to most communities with restaurants and beaches all around. "

"Hotel clean and functional, but rather dated as other reviews mention. Plenty of secure parking available on site off-season. Pool area looked okay, but didn't take advantage. Breakfast not of great quality, and breakfast supervisor man rather hostile and peculiar, overly protective over his seating arrangements with multiple guests being relocated having sat at the "wrong table"."

"Very basic, small accommodation for a family of 4 for a 2 week stay! We stayed in a 6 person log cabin (basically a cladded caravan) and there is no way 6 people could comfortably stay in it for a long period of time. No real living space or anywhere comfy for all 4 of us to sit in evening when whether was bad. Cooking facilities very minimal… no oven, no microwave, no toaster… just a gas hob and a small gas kettle. Dinners consisted of mainly pasta and rice… tiny glasses and mugs had to ask reception for a decent mug for tea and some actual wine glasses. Campsite itself very nice, and location next to beautiful beach fantastic! Views are amazing and sea crystal clear and clean. Overall we had a nice time. We were there for a windsurfing event, but once over the campsite and local area were deserted. Not much going on. Staff very friendly and helpful… but please when booking remember to check linen is included… when we arrived tired there was no bedding and had to go to reception and pay addition €75 euros for basic sheet/pillow x 4 and only two sets on sub standard towels… as we ended up sharing between two as they were too expensive! Site shop ok, but think they were depleting stock for winter… very very expensive though, however a few local shops to chose from (if have hire car or bicycle)."

"The hotel was stunning and staff were lovely—we were even upgraded to a beautiful Laguna room with direct pool access. However, we visited in mid-October and were disappointed to find most nearby places already closed for the season. The hotel had only one restaurant open with limited options and very high prices (€162 for two pizzas and a bottle of rosé). We tried exploring Baia (20 minute walk) and Porto Cervo (10 minute taxi, costing €40 each way), but both were mostly shut down. Even online listings showed places as open, which was misleading. By Day 4, we decided to rent a car, which was more cost-effective than taxis. We had room service once for lunch, but most days we relied on the nearby supermarket (about a 5-minute walk). They had fresh rolls, meats, and cheeses, which we brought back to our room. It’s a real shame there wasn’t clearer communication about the seasonal closures. The area is stunning, and we would have loved to experience it at its best. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen a different time of year to visit!"

"The view was beautiful, the room was spacious, and the front desk staff were super friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was a complete disappointment. The moment we walked in, the bald man working there seemed unhappy to see us and immediately told us we needed a reservation. When we checked in earlier, we had asked about this and were told no reservation was required since the restaurant is for hotel guests only. We waited far too long for our food. By the time it arrived, it was already cold. The “ginger chicken” literally had pieces of raw, unpeeled ginger in it, and my salad never even arrived. A simple salad should not take that long to prepare, yet it never came at all. The poor service and unprofessional attitude completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner. The front desk kindly sent two desserts to our room afterward, which was a thoughtful gesture, but it didn’t make up for the terrible dining experience. If you stay here, I highly recommend eating somewhere else instead of the hotel restaurant."
