"Soggiornato in questa struttura per matrimonio nelle vicinanze, al nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto di pagare solo con contanti perchè a detta loro era stato richiesto durante la prenotazione, (cosa non vera perchè avevo messo anche la carta di credito a garanzia della camera) ci hanno creato molti disagi in quanto il mio compagno è dovuto andare a prelevare quando avevamo una cerimonia che sarebbe iniziata da li a breve. "Wonderful staff, friendly and always helpful. Restaurant is outstanding, every dish was delicious. Room was very roomy, had updated bathroom and great views of the sea from the balcony. Plenty of parking included. Quiet location, with only the sound of the sea and wind."

"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy."
