"Floors were very dirty and shower was slimy. They double booked my room so I opened the door on another guest! Dryer for dryi g clothes did not work properly and took over 1.5 hours to dry socks and undergarments. Pool was nice."

"They were in the process of renovating the rooms and curtains were on back order so there was none. The nice gentleman at the front desk did allow us to see the room prior to checking in incase we wanted to cancel but all the rooms in the town were booked so we went with it. The hallway on the 3rd floor was freezing but our heater in our room worked well (we had other friends who stayed and their heaters didn’t). I don’t know if I’d call getting new bedding and curtains a fully renovated room,...

"Downfall was the pool area was under renovation and we thought that should be reflected on the booking sites and on their website - as that was one of the reasons for staying there."
