"The rooms are clean, bed was a little soft, nice pillows, staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little stark in decor but maintained well. The restaurant choices are slim. Sushi which I eat but husband doesn’t and the poolside restaurant had a fair variety to choose from but the hamburgers didn’t taste like anything at all. So food was a bit difficult and not much close by to walk to. Expect to Uber or drive a bit. "

"I waited over an hour to check-in, the room looked pieced together, negative energy, I appreciate pet-friendly hotels, but my pet wouldn't sleep, therefore, I didn’t sleep. It looked like blood by the toilet, but it was fingernail polish. The desk staff, only one was extremely polite, because several guests were ridiculously rude to her. NO! I would recommend this hotel. "

"Staff was unhelpful and contradictory. The property was not well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Checkout process was confusing as they said contradictory things and then would not be able to help you. They did not have a good working relationship with Expedia and had no knowledge of how to respond to those bookings. "
