"Beware!!!! There is no such place! We spent hours in the address provided, called the number given on our booking for several times and there was no reply. No one knew the place in the neighborhood, and we had to search and find another place to stay with my wife and two kids. I am very much disappointed with the expedia's call and message center as we could not reach anyone despite my several attempts. It has been 5 days since I have explained the situation and there is still no reply to our...

"We were not accommidated in this property. We booked it because it was said it is in the center but when we arrived we were accommodated it a property which was 15 min walking. We booked a studio with a small kitchen, they gave us a tiny tiny room!!!!"

"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving. The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."

"Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "

"Apollo was nice place. Air conditioning was our top priority and it worked perfectly! There was laundry machine at the apartment which was also a big plus. Although it was left wet and closed so it smelled a bit bad in the beginning. Few empty rounds with high temp and it was ok. Beds were mediocre for big guys like us but I can't say it was bad. "The property was well-maintained, and the rooms were in good condition. Housekeeping services were reliable, with staff attending daily. The food at the main restaurant was satisfactory. In addition, the property features two specialty restaurants offering Bulgarian and Asian cuisine. These require advance reservations; however, when we attempted to book, no availability was offered until after our departure. It would be beneficial for guests to be informed of this requirement in advance, allowing reservations to be made prior to arrival. Beverages were readily available throughout the day, with a good variety on offer, although the quality of the coffee could be improved. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the main restaurant was well-managed, with team members efficiently maintaining cleanliness and order."

"Great little boutique hotel on the beach 15 minutes from Sozopol. Nice, clean rooms, lovely rooftop terrace where the (very cool) owners serve excellent Mexican cuisine in the evenings. Two things travelers might find somewhat problematic: many rooms come with shared bathrooms, and the parking is a bit rough. But what the heck, it’s a three minute walk to a great beach."
