"Stayed a few times . Rooms are in not very good shape . Stained carpets , Bed light fittings hanging loose on wall , Damaged wall inside robe , etc . Just like last visit . Staff were all good , just the rooms need re -doing"

"Stayed at the Dorsett Gold Coast with my girlfriend and we had an amazing stay. For the £130 I paid, the hotel felt like it should have cost a lot more considering how nice everything was. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location is perfect being right next to The Star Casino which made everything really convenient. The only small hiccup was during check-in where I had to show my bank statement to prove I had already paid for the room, which was a bit frustrating as it should have already shown on the system. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and I’d definitely stay again."
