"Stayed one night prior to a cruise and the staff and facilities were top-notch. We would stay there again if we were in Southampton."

"Visited whilst they are under some form of renovation, so lifts weren't working and it was a maze trying to find our rooms as there were no signs up. Lot's of construction mess everywhere. Breakfast was pretty poor, sausages seemed to have been cooked for 5days as they were tough as anything. Best thing was the evening meal in the restaurant, very nice food. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Stayed here as we were visiting the historic dockyards and the location was perfect for this."

"Leonardo at Charlotte place was an excellent choice pre cruise. Ideally located. The staff at reception were great at our check in and were extremely helpful with our luggage storage at check out and on departure to the cruise port.
